Cancellation Policy
We must receive any cancellation notice AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled appointment to avoid a last minute-cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your appointment.
A “No-Show” for a confirmed appointment will incur a missed appointment fee of 50% of the cost of your appointment as well.
Any messages left after 4:30PM will not be picked up until the next business day. This applies from Tuesday to Friday.
Please note that the administration staff is not in the office during weekends or on Monday.
